1Account & Data Deletion Request

Users of the Sam Consulting app can request deletion of their account and all associated data at any time. Since deletion requires manual verification of the account owner's identity, please follow the steps below to submit your request:

1. Send an email to the support address below, using the same email address registered on your account in the app.
2. Use the subject line: "Account Deletion Request - Sam Consulting".
3. In the body of the email, include your registered username or phone number (if applicable) to help verify your account.
4. Our support team will verify the request and respond within 7 business days. Your account will be deleted once the request is confirmed.
